Indians need either (a) a valid US/UK/EU/AU/CA visa to qualify for AED 100 + 5% VAT (~USD 28.50 / ₹2,715) 14-day Visa-on-Arrival, or (b) a pre-applied e-visa via VFS at ~₹6,500 for 30 days.
